I tried using the site to look up some basic fabric info, and it was way more frustrating than it needed to be. The pages felt cluttered, the search didn’t really help, and the checkout process had way too many steps. It kind of felt like they made it my problem to dig around and figure everything out. I ended up giving up, especially on mobile where it felt even harder to use

"Colors were a little off, like I figured they might be"
I ordered a few fabrics from fabrichut.com, and the quality was totally fine, so no complaints there. But the colors weren’t quite what I thought I was getting from the photos. One blue looked way more teal in person, and the beige came in darker than expected, which kind of confirmed my usual suspicion that fabric colors online never look exactly right.
It wasn’t a bad experience or anything, just frustrating when you’re trying to match something closely. I kept thinking, yep, this is why I don’t fully trust product photos for fabric. I’d probably order swatches next time before buying more.

"They did end up fixing the issue..."
They did end up fixing the issue and I got my refund, but it took way longer than it should have. I am glad it was resolved, but the wait was frustrating.
"Really expected more options"
I went on fabrichut.com hoping to find a good range of fabrics, but the selection felt limited. A lot of what I was looking for either wasn’t available or looked way too similar to everything else. Maybe it works for some people, but I was disappointed and kind of expected at least an apology for how little there was to choose from...

"Shipping was so slow"
I ordered this thinking it would get here quick, but it seriously took forever to arrive. There werent really any clear updates either, so I was just kinda waiting around not knowing what was going on. Annoying tbh, probaly wont order again.

The backorder took way longer than I expected and I was starting to lose my mind a little waiting for it. It was definitely slow, but to be fair, they did get it sorted in the end...

"Good fabric, but customer service was a bit of a headache"
I ordered some fabric the product itself was fine, so I don’t want to make it sound like the whole experience was bad. But I had a question about shipping and customer service took days to get back to me. When they finally replied, the answers were short and didn’t really clear things up much. It was confusing because the order turned out okay, but trying to get help along the way was way more frustrating than it needed to be

"The fabric itself was really nice, so..."
The fabric itself was really nice, so I was disappointed when I laid everything out and noticed the cuts were uneven. Two of the pieces were also shorter than they should’ve been, which feels like someone rushed through the cutting. I was expecting a little more care with the order

Some of the deals are decent, but a few prices still feel higher than they need to be. Definitely not terrible, just a bit unnecessary in some spots.

I was disappointed with this class event. It was advertised like it would be organized and worth the time, but the reality was totally different. Everything felt messy and thrown together, and it just didn’t match what we were told to expect. Definitely not worth it for me.

What I got looked nothing like the photos. I thought maybe there was a mistake, so I reached out to support, but it just turned into a loop of getting passed around and repeating the same issue without any real help. Disappointing overall

"Got the wrong fabrics in my order"
I ordered 4 fabrics, and only 2 of them were actually right. One was a completely different color, like, not even close, and another wasn’t even the fabric I picked. I emailed them about it, but I still haven’t gotten a proper fix. Super frustrating, definitely won’t be ordering from them again.

"Not a lot for quilting"
I went in hoping to grab some basic quilting supplies, but there really wasn’t much to choose from. A bunch of the prints I had in mind were either sold out or just not there, and I couldn’t find much for backing fabric or the tools I needed either. It seemed okay if you’re just browsing general fabric, but for quilting it was disappointing. I ended up going somewhere else, that part was weird because I figured they’d have more of the basics.

I had a disappointing interaction with the staff at fabrichut.com. I reached out with what I thought was a simple question, but the reply I got felt really short and almost rude (like I was annoying them just by asking).
Maybe they were having a busy day, I don’t know, but it definitely left a bad impression. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again if that’s how they handle basic customer questions

"Shipping Feels Suspiciously High"
The shipping cost was so high it almost felt like they were trying to make up the whole discount somewhere else. Like, I’m not saying there’s a secret shipping-cost scheme going on… but it definitely made me raise an eyebrow. Probably won’t be ordering from here again.

"Checkout made me a little nervous"
I was trying to place my order, but the checkout page kept freezing right after I entered my address. I had to refresh it twice, and at one point my cart changed, which made me nervous about getting charged wrong or ordering the wrong items. I did finally get the order through, but it was more stressful than it needed to be.

I don’t remember every back-and-forth, but I do remember it taking a bit longer than I expected. That said, support did eventually get me sorted out, so overall I’d say they were helpful
